Includes the first half hour of labour.
Each additional half hour
$85
Billed in half-hour blocks after the first 30 minutes.
Counterweight & commercial jobs
$300
Higher call-out fee for counterweight doors and commercial work.
Parts are charged separately if they're needed — we'll let you know the cost before fitting anything.
A travel fee may apply depending on your location. We'll confirm any travel cost when you book.

We recommend an annual service to keep your door running smoothly and to catch wear before it becomes a bigger problem. Doors used heavily or in commercial settings may benefit from more frequent servicing.
What's included in the call-out fee?+
The $225 call-out fee covers the technician's visit and the first half hour of labour. Any additional labour is charged at $85 per half hour, and parts are billed separately only if required.
Do you service all types of garage doors?+
Yes. We service roller, sectional, tilt, counterweight and commercial doors, as well as motors, remotes and automatic openers.
What areas do you cover?+

In many cases yes, if we have the required parts on hand. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll advise you on timing and cost before proceeding.
