Detailed installation and performance requirements to ensure optimal door operation.
Roller doors are typically installed behind the door opening. In most cases, timber jambs are required, and the door is fixed directly to the brickwork for secure installation.
Adequate space is needed on each side behind the opening to accommodate the support brackets and track guides, ensuring smooth operation and easy maintenance access.
Approximately 400mm of headroom is usually required to house the rolled-up curtain. When fully open, the door height is typically reduced by around 70mm.
If headroom is limited, a roller door can still be installed with adjustments. The curtain may extend slightly into the opening space, or a false head/deeper lintel can be added for a cleaner appearance.

This illustration shows the opening and closing of the Jamb and Track type fitting for Tilt operation doors.
The Jamb type fitting allows the tilt door to project slightly outside the garage opening when open, creating a useful canopy over the entrance. It requires minimal overhead clearance – only about 65mm – and no ceiling fixing, as all hardware is secured directly to the door jambs.
With the Track type fitting, the door retracts fully inside the garage when open. This setup provides effective weather sealing along the door jambs and is ideal for wide or heavy doors, or where a full perimeter seal is desired. It requires as little as 70mm of headroom above the doorway.

(The opener is supplied with pre-coded transmitters.)
Press and hold on “Code” button for 1 second until the led dot is on (Fig A). Press button on transmitter once, the dot will go off, press the same transmitter button again and the dot will flash fast for 8 times, and then return to standby mode. The transmitter is now coded into the receiver.
Repeat the above steps to code more transmitters.
The receiver has the capacity to store 20 transmitters.
If the led display flashes “F” and returns to standby mode (after you have pressed the Code button), this indicates that the memory storage is full (20 transmitters).
Follow the steps below to delete all transmitters that are stored in the receiver memory:
Press and hold on “CODE” button for more than 8 seconds until the LED flashes “C”, all the stored codes are deleted.
Only the matched switch on the transmitter is available.
If failed to match the transmitter within 20 seconds, then it will return to standby mode automatically.
